We are not required to charge hotel tax, a savings of 10%

Arrival and Departures
Check in 4:00 pm ~ Check out by 11:00 am
Arrangements can be made in advance for early or late check in and out.
Please inquire when booking.
Reservations, Cancellation Policy and Payment
Your first nights stay will be charged to your credit card to hold your room at time of registration. Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before arrival will be given a full refund less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations within 30 days of reservation will be charged the first nights rate (per room).
Long stay reservations ( one week or more) will pay 50% down at time of registration and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. This is a non refundable booking unless the suite is re-rented.
We accept Cash, Visa, and Master Card.
We are a Non-smoking B and B. We ask that you do not smoke in the suites or on the patios.
Sorry, we do not accommodate children or pets. Pets are not allowed in guest suites.
Breakfast Choices
Daily rate includes full breakfast or self serve breakfast which includes coffee or tea only.
General Policies
For the rest and relaxation of our guest we do not allow parties and ask our guest to respect “quiet time” after 10:00 pm.

Our suites are for the sole use only of registered guests and unregistered guests are not permitted on the site. This is for the peace and privacy of our guests.
